Questions,
answered.
01What should I include in the first brief?
+
Tell us the objective, audience, preferred platforms, important dates, likely locations and estimated budget. References are helpful, but a fully developed script is not required.
02Can I contact Timeless before the brief is complete?
+
Absolutely. We often help clients shape the production route, clarify deliverables and identify what is needed before creative development begins.
03How quickly will the team respond?
+
We aim to review new project inquiries and respond within two business days. If your production is urgent, include the deadline clearly in the project description.
04Can the project be discussed under an NDA?
+
Yes. We can review an NDA before receiving confidential campaign, product or production information. Mention this in the form and we will arrange the next step.
